Description: An Iroquois black velvet pouch has two flaps at the top opening trimmed with white beads and sewn brown braid, circa 1870. The pouch is beaded with a multicolor floral pattern. The pouch was obtained at either the Crow Creek Indian Agency or the Lower Brule Indian Agency, South Dakota.
