Description: A Dakota beadwork regalia ornament from either the Lower Brule or Crow Creek Agency, South Dakota, circa 1900. The ornament is composed of a leather circle at top with dark blue, light blue, white, and red beads sewn into a medicine wheel pattern, a swatch of blonde horsehair stitched to the center, with a small ring of red beads at the bottom edge from which hangs a sinew cord.
