Description: A pair of Dakota sinew- and thread-sewn leather moccasins with rawhide sole and deep cloth cuff, circa the 1890s. The shoes are decorated with dyed quillwork and glass seed beads in geometric patterns in predominant colors of reds, yellows, blues, and white.
