Description: A Dakota pipe bowl made of dark stone with a round bowl which narrows to its connection with a square shank with a sloping, pointed heel, circa the early 20th century or earlier. The top of the shank has broken into multiple pieces but is wrapped with three metal bands and metal wire which hold the pieces together. See also pipe stem 6333.25.B.
