Titles Daughters of Norway service flag
Description White wool flag with a red border featuring two gold stars and 24 blue stars attached at center. Flags of this type were used to indicated family and organization members who were serving during World War I. The gold stars represent members who died in action. This flag belonged to Daughters of Norway Lodge, Synnove Number 5, in Saint Paul, Minnesota. There are metal grommets at the top for hanging.
