Description: BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION: Gregerson is a native of Rochester, Minnesota, and attended the University of Minnesota, receiving a degree in 1969 in engineering. He went on to receive his master's in public health in 1973. He joined Northern States Power Company (NSP) in 1973 as an electrical engineer and was named director of the environmental regulatory activities department in 1984.
