Description: A Dakota leather "possibles" bag with top flap closure and decorated with glass seed beads and metal cones with red dyed horsehair inserts, circa the early 20th century or earlier. An inscription on the top flap, written by hand in ink, reads: "Presented to Mrs Whipple / by Tamaza-win /Birch Coulee June 1902 / Grandmother / of Rev. Henry / Whipple St. Clair."
