Description: A tomahawk style pipe, possibly Dakota, circa the late 19th century or earlier. The pipestone pipe bowl (A) base is carved with diamond and cross-hatch designs. Its posterior projection is carved on both sides; right side has decorative border and three leaf clover sprig. The left side has incised border and zigzag design, writing reads: "Dic 10/ 1893".
