Description: A pair of Dakota deerskin moccasins with cuff, circa 1910 or earlier. The vamp or insert is decorated with fabric strips and triangles with an inside row of green silk and pink feather stitch embroidery. The predominant colors are pink, blue, and green. The flap beneath cuff is bound with green silk ribbon. The shoes are attributed to Mary Red Cloud-Mazasinawin.
