Description: Mahogany plaque presented to State Representative Helen E. McMillan by Governor Wendell Anderson in appreciation of the accomplishments she made during her six terms in office, 1975. The plaque is shaped like the outline of Minnesota, with a star in the northeast corner, and a brass plate at center with engraved text and the Minnesota state seal.
