US Army officer's sword belt

| Description | United States Army officer's black leather sword belt with gilded brass fittings. It was worn by Warren A. Dennis of the Fifteenth Minnesota Infantry Regiment. The belt has two black leather sword suspension straps, one of which retains its buckled sword clip. The straps are on sliding loops. The belt plate is Model 1851 pattern; it is made of gilded cast brass. |
