| Description | United States Army Model 1889 campaign hat. The hat was worn by Harry G. Brant of the Fifteenth Minnesota Infantry Regiment, Company B. The hat is made of wool felt with a ribbon band and a leather sweatband. The crown is pierced on both sides with pin holes arranged in the shape of a ten-point star. |
