Description Inaugural Ball gown made by Mildred Conrad Freda Dress Shop, St. Paul, MN. Made of silk-like fabric with woven pattern- green, lime, purple, violet and pink. Worn by donor at daughter's wedding and the inaugural dinner party at A. Ramsey House in honor of Gov. W. Anderson, January 1971.
