Titles: Minnesota Polka Oral History Project: Interview with Ernie Coopman (Supplied title)
Description: The interview took place in the basement of Coopman's house south of Mankato. Since Coopman was heavily involved with tuning concertinas, in addition to leading several bands through the years, some of the interview covered the intricacies of concertina tuning. The rest dealt with Coopman's musical career, especially as the leader of the Jolly Home Brewers and his current band, The Stagemen. See the interview summary for further description.
