Description: Souvenir bag of taconite pellets from the Reserve Mining Company's mine in Babbitt, Minnesota, and processed in Silver Bay. Taconite is a flint like rock with enough iron to be considered a low-grade iron ore. A label on the bag reads, "RESERVE MINING COMPANY / E. W. DAVIS WORKS / SILVER BAY, MINNESOTA / [...]".
