Description: Woman's short cape. A full circle of off-white pleated silk organdy with a sateen stripe edging. The yoke is of black silk satin covered with net and is trimmed with clear glass beads, sequins and faceted black beads. The pleated ruff collar is edged with handmade torchon lace. The black silk taffeta lining has a pinked, scalloped hem. A black satin ribbon forms bows in the back and front of the neck, with streamers in the front.
