This hat was worn by Mrs. Isabelle (Blixt) Parker, a musical therapist. She enlisted to aid in the rehabilitation of wounded men through music and the use of musical instruments at Fort Snelling during World War I. Mrs. Parker later became an accompanist for the Minneapolis Symphony Orchestra. |
