Description: License plate consists of an aluminum frame with a celluloid insert that reads, "BICYCLE PATH LICENSE / 1902 / 1620 / MINNEAPOLIS". Plate probably was to be affixed to the front fork of the bicycle. Issued by the City of Minneapolis, Minnesota, for the year 1902.
