Description Deep red satin ribbon badge with black print and gold coil fringe at the bottom. The badge commemorates the reunion of the 2nd Minnesota Volunteer Infantry Regiment in St. Paul, Minnesota, on September 5-6, 1900. The badge belonged to Dr. Ebeneezer Brewer Mattocks, who had been a hospital steward during the Civil War.
