Quilt pieced of red, white and blue wool in a courthouse steps variation of the Log Cabin pattern. In the center of the quilt is a commemorative patch embroidered: "L.L.L. no. 352 Du Quion, Ill. May, 1865". The Loyal Ladies League was an auxiliary of the G.A.R. Quilt belonged to Watson I. Lamson, who was in the Civil War. |
