Description Man's wool scarf used by Dr. John L. Scofield of Northfield, Minnesota. Scofield represented Rice County as a member of the first Minnesota state legislature from 1857-1859. The scarf has a geometrical print, fringed ends, and purple, green, red and black decorative stripes.
