A leather cradleboard cover, possibly Dakota, circa the 20th century. The cover has leather tie closures and is fully beaded on its top and two of its three sides. Its interior is lined with cotton muslin. The pictorial design created by the beads includes two stylized American flags on the crown. Geometric rectangles and triangles adorn the sides.
