Description: Fold-out photo book. Covers are lacquered wood and feature flowers, mountains, and boaters. Opened from one side, photos are colorised scenes from around Nagasaki, Japan. When opened from the other, photos feature geishas in various domestic scenes. Owned by John W. Schmidt and purchased during the Spanish-American War, circa 1898-99.
