He has worked with a housing authority and the Ramsey County Office of Equal Opportunity, and at the time of the interview is state director of federal Migrant Education Program for children. SUBJECTS DISCUSSED: Experience in government agencies; goals, philosophies and activities of the Migrant Education Program; and directions in which the program is moving.
