President Mikhail Gorbachev's visit to Minneapolis and St. Paul in 1990. The sign is made of aluminum substrate covered with an adhesive sheet of reflective green vinyl with applied silver and white vinyl adhesive border and Cyrillic (Russian alphabet) lettering.
