Description Women's extremely large Merry Widow-style hat is 22 inches across. It is made from black velvet with a large black dyed ostrich feather plume extending off the side. There are several hat pins attached, and the interior is black satin. Owned by Miss Mathilda Heck of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
