Dakota beaded hide scissors case

| Description | Hide carrying case for scissors has a leather thong attached at the back and hide fringe on the bottom. The front and top flap are completely covered with beadwork representing a red pair of scissors on a blue bead background. The top flap has a pink and red diamond pattern. Other bead colors include green, dark blue, gold and red. The case is from the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation, S.D, and was probably made as a tourist souvenir. |
