Description: China salt shaker in the shape of a sitting cat used by Betsey Peterson Ulven. A painted gold band circles the cat's neck; traces of black paint are visible on its nose and paws; red paint is visible around its mouth. The shaker's opening is on the bottom and closes with a wooden peg. Salt pours from an opening in the cat's head.
