Description BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION: Mr. Bernstein, a native of Minneapolis, Minnesota, was a radio personality and musician. SUBJECTS DISCUSSED: Bernstein discusses musical growth in the Twin Cities area, including the early folk music scene in Minneapolis. He talks about non-mainstream people, like himself, who lived through the 1960s and found many pop culture things irrelevant to his own interests. He speaks about his activities at the Scholar and other University of Minnesota musical venues.
