Description Tiffany and Company adaptation of a United States Army Model 1850 Staff and Field Officer's sword. The sword was presented to commanding officer Colonel Henry C. Lester of the Third Minnesota Regiment by his line officers on April 14, 1862. The sword is presentation grade and non-regulation, made by Tiffany & Company in New York and by Collins & Company in Hartford, Connecticut.
