11th Minnesota national battle flag

| Description | The national battle flag of the 11th Minnesota Volunteer Infantry Regiment consists of one layer of silk with 13 alternating red and white stripes and a blue canton decorated with 35 pointed stars in two concentric ovals, one star in each corner of the canton, and one star in the center of the ovals. The stars are applied with a gold leaf. The flag is surrounded on three sides with gold fringe. See also flag staff 2007.84.12.B. |
