| Description | Pair of leather arm cuffs with a red and white beaded edge and elaborate quillwork in a patriotic design with crossed United States flags and a yellow star on each cuff. Each cuff has leather thong ties and hanging quill-wrapped strips with tin tinkle cones filled with dyed red feathers. Possibly Dakota. Both cuffs have quill loss due to insects. |
