    Dear MHS staff: I am asking permission to use a very small example of the above painting in a book I am writing. The image would be printed aprox. 2"by 2" in size. Since it was created in 1922, I assume it is the public domain category...but thought I would ask MHS for permission or advice. Please let me know if I may use a very small image of this painting in my book. Sincerely, Daniel Girtz
