Description During World War II, radio station KSTP-AM broadcast a variety of news and entertainment programming from Fort Snelling. In this outtake, KSTP president and general manager Stanley E. Hubbard rehearses a public service announcement congratulating fort and KSTP staff on three years of collaboration: "We feel that you have done an outstanding job in keeping the Northwest fully informed of the vital part they and their sons have played in this gigantic world war." The text of Hubbard's announcement is identical to that used in "Hubbard and Moore announcements No. 2" (I.390.15.3).
