In this outtake, Fort Snelling public relations officer Captain Fred B. Moore rehearses a public service announcement thanking KSTP staff for three years of service, and reminds listeners that "the war we have won has not been a fighting war alone...each one of you has played an important part in the victory that we have achieved." "Hubbard and Moore announcements No. 3" (I.390.15.4) constitutes an alternate take of the same announcement.
