    The caption below the picture says it's in Madison. If this picture was taken in Wisconsin, why is one of the women holding a sign that says "Vote MINN. dry"? I'm no historian, but I'm assuming that that is an abbreviation for Minnesota, while Madison is in Wisconsin. i don't suppose someone could explain that to me?
