Hi , I just heard about the closing of ry krisp. my dad, magnus nelson or Maggie to his buddies worked there for over 35 years and in fact passed away as he was going in to the building to work on a Saturday. I would love to hear from any other relatives of workers during the 30's to 60's. I grew up eating all kinds of experimental ry krisp. cheese coated was my favorite. marge nelson smith

My uncle, John Wicks probably started working at Ry-Krisp in the late 1920s. He too died at work on July 18, 1968 just shy by one year of his retirement. His older brother Oscar also worked at the bakery also. Oscar had a son by the name of Orlin who might be living
