Description BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION: Peter Nelson Hall is a Minneapolis architect and riverfront visionary who developed the Pracna on Main restaurant. SUBJECTS DISCUSSED: Hall discusses his purchase of the Pracna building with the help of Louis Zelle, his experiences living there, exposing the plans to raze the Third Avenue Bridge, early plans for what became St. Anthony Main, working in the Washburn Crosby Utility Building and developing plans for lofts there, John and Sage Cowles's 25th wedding anniversary party, fire dangers, and moving out of the Utility Building.
