Description: BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION: Hung Duc Phung was born in Central Vietnam but moved around because of his father's occupation as a ranger. He escaped Vietnam at the age of 19 and lived in the Philippines and Hong Kong until moving to Minnesota. Hung has a master's degree in education and works as a guidance counselor. He lives in Bloomington, Minnesota with his wife and two daughters.
