SUBJECTS DISCUSSED: Traveling around Minnesota and Wisconsin as a child; going to school; homesteading; logging and lumber around Beltrami County; working odd jobs with his father at logging camps; working as a cookee; cooking in the camps; jammers, scalers, haulers, and various other jobs done in the camps; equipment; horses and oxen; looking at pictures; bed bugs.
