Description BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION: Timothy Robert Bradley was appointed to patrolman for the St. Paul Police Department September 8, 1975. During his career he won many awards including: Medal of Commendation, Medal of Merit, St. Paul Police Officer of the Year, Medal of Valor.
