Description: One in a series of interviews created as part of the Roseville, Minnesota 50th Anniversary Celebration held in 1998. The interviewees discuss their time as residents during Rose Township and the development of Roseville. BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION: Williams served as Principal of Ramsey County District #32 before the merger of the county districts into the Roseville Area Schools in 1949. He was the brother of Emmett Williams, the last superintendent of schools for Ramsey County, and had lived in the community for more than 50 years.
