Traditional Hmong hat worn by a girl. Black cotton beanie gathered at the top. Decorative cross stitched front panel with rooster comb. Triangular ear flaps cross stitched with pinks synthetic fabrics. Fringe of bead and liberty head “coins” at front edge and ear flaps. Black cotton. Made or provided by Blia Lo.
