Description: Union Army Cavalry officer's double breasted shell jacket. Worn during the Civil War by Lieutenant Colonel Harrison White of the 6th New York Cavalry Regiment. After the war, Harrison settled in Minnesota and became the first mayor of Beaver Creek.
