An American Red Cross issue women's winter overcoat. It is made from blue-gray wool with buttons down the front and has an American Red Cross patch on the left shoulder. The coat has a red lining that can be unzipped and removed. Owned and used by Eleanor H. Page of Saint Paul, Minnesota, who joined the American Red Cross in 1916 and was active with the organization for over forty years. Coat was issued in 1949. |
