BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION: Stephen L. Maxwell was born in St. Paul on January 12, 1921. He received a JD from the St. Paul College of Law in 1953, was a Republican candidate for the US Congress in 1966, assistant Ramsey County Attorney in 1967, judge of the St. Paul Municipal Court in 1967-68 and judge of the Minnesota District Court 1968-. SUBJECTS DISCUSSED: Judge Maxwell discusses his family background in St. Paul and personal history.
