BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION: Early aviators and pilots for Northwest Airlines. Walter Bullock flew early mail and passenger runs between Minneapolis and Chicago via Eau Claire and Madison, Wisconsin. Noel Wien helped develop early airline routes into Alaska. SUBJECTS DISCUSSED: Air circus in 1920s; wing walkers; Standard versus Curtiss "Jenny" JN-4 airplanes; charge for passengers while barnstorming; questions about experiences recorded in book, Noel Wien: Alaska Pioneer Bush Pilot.
