She has been a Nicollet Island resident since 1991. SUBJECTS DISCUSSED: Origins of Metropolitan Open Space funding for Nicollet Island; description of the origins of the "outparcel", which limited the Minneapolis Park Board to acquiring the land but not houses; and references to pertinent legislation.
