Possession of an image does not constitute permission to use it. The Society reserves
the right to decline permission to publishers or individuals who have not complied with
the conditions of use.

Rush orders

Rush Orders
A rush service is available. An added fee of 100% per image is charged on all rush
orders and does not apply to use fees. To place a rush order, select that option when
adding an item to your cart. Rush orders are processed in 1-2 business days.
Shipping Digital Files and Prints
JPEG formatted files under 1MB or 1000k are shipped via e-mail.
Large JPEG and TIFF formatted files are written onto a CD-R for delivery or delivered through a secure FTP site.
For security reasons we cannot copy files onto disks or flash drives provided by customers.
MHS reserves the right to ship digital files via email or FTP-web to save costs.
A packing slip or use and permission PDF is shipped with each order.
Shipping and handling are included.
You may choose to pick-up your order during Reference Library hours.
