Socks

Pair of deep reddish orange (NBS) handknit wool socks. Knit in tubular stockinette stitch increasing to flared top; heel and top band (2 1/2cm) in cable stitch. Irregulary faded, numerous moth holes, worn along folds, stained. a) Darned in foot with white cotton thread. b) Darned in foot with redcotton thread.
